The new 60,000 sq. ft. academic building and crane field provide dedicated space to increase Durham College&#8217;s skilled trades training capacity to create more opportunities for students and applied research projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MGM provided site grading and servicing design to support the new building and training area, as well as upgrades to the existing watermain system for the main campus to address water supply issues. To comply with the current site plan development guidelines, MGM provided floodplain analysis through the hydraulic modelling of the adjacent tributary in order to establish development limits.
