Spectrum Square

 
Spectrum Square is a 1.3 million square foot LEED Gold office campus located in Mississauga’s Airport Corporate Centre north of Eglington Avenue West between Satellite Drive and Spectrum Way. MGM Consulting Inc. was retained to provide the site servicing, grading and stormwater management design in support of the Site Plan Approval process and to provide construction supervision during the servicing and grading component of the project. MGM Consulting was also retained to provide designs and construction related services as required for the upgrading of an existing un-assumed City roadway bordering the site as required to achieve current City of Mississauga standards.
 
 
The stormwater management design for the site was completed to achieve LEED standards and the City of Mississauga’s Green Development objectives. The water balance, quality and quantity requirements were met by employing a multi strategy design which included green roofs, internal stormwater cisterns, bioswales, permeable pavement, oil water separators and underground infiltration pits. Construction of this project as initiated in 2014 and scheduled to be completed in 2017/2018.
